Hi All,

Figured this would be a good place to start. Went to Michaels Craft store last night with my 2 boys and asked the three kids (I mean employees) at the front of the store, if they sell Jewelers' Saw. Insert Crickets Chirping sound here. So, any idea where at retail I can get one. I am interested in CHOPPING;)

Gunn...you there my friend LOL.

Hey 94, Look in your Yellow Pages for Jeweler supply stores. I got mine locally for $14, You can buy a gross of blades ( #3 or # 4 ) for about $11 or $12. I have a link posted here for an online store, but it's somewhere within the last 15 pages. Make sure you get one with all metal fittings. MicroMark hobby supplies also has them.

Yeah, that's about right. :drunk:
Couldn't find a smiley beatin' himself in the head with a hammer.

I've been making some good use of mine though.

Got another Cat.A.Pault today for the "CanAm" wheels. It'll be a good experiment to see how much faster and cleaner I can make the vent cuts with the saw versus the way I did these.

So how do you cut hardtop car doors, vents, ect?

Do you thread the blade through the windows and pre-drilled holes, like a scroll saw?

I guess I should try this thing out,or at the very least, look at it....:freak:
