i would like to know if the new kisbey cobalt mods are similar to the new trinity cobalt mods?also who's on the kisbey team for 2005?thanks for the info :wave:

Its the same can,endbell and blank with Daves wind on it.

BMan: If Kisbey is utilizing the Trinity/Epic Cobalt teardown for his Cobalt mods, than yes, the basic components are the same,(magnets, armature blank, can, endbell, etc;) These are the same components that were also used in the Trinity D5/D6 teardowns...same TDK FB9 Magnet, same can thickness, same armature blanks. The only changes from the D5/D6 teardowns to the Cobalt teardowns is the heatsinks on the endbell and cosmetic changes, (different color paint, etc.)

The major difference of a Kisbey vs. a Trinity would be in the selected wire size(s) and pattern(s) Kisbey chooses to wind with vs. what Trinity chooses...They may be very different from that aspect.
