Well I hope none of you have had bad ebay experiences, I'm not one to rant & rave and blow up at someone but I needed a place to turn. Where do we go when a simple ebay transaction goes wrong? :( Enjoy reading and seeing all your interesting threads as well the cool projects flea & garage sale finds.

I'm right there with ya'll being an old slotter from the 60's brought my first one home in 1967 and proceeded to take it apart to see how it worked. It was a red t-jet firebird and no I do not still have it...wish I did. Spent the rest of the years til now grabbing up every one I can find. Have some fun projects I'll post and share with ya'll....Now I feel a little better.

You didn't really describe how bad or what happened on your fleabay deal.

I'm still bitter over a Epay auction from a year ago. I did not win it. I bid way more than I should have because I really wanted this New Zealand set badly. It was a AFX Rally set and the cars were a Ford Escort and a Datsun 510 both molded in white.

Then a month or two later my freind told me he saw the cars show up on Epay and I missed them.

Yep still bitter about that one.

Just wasn't a smooth auction, product not available after paying for it, no email to say hey sorry we are out of that, heres what we would like to do for you instead of making me wait...I did all the work jumped thru the flaming hoops while they had my $$$ and when a refund was issued it was sent to the wrong person. Just frustrated and I'm still waiting on the stuff they did have to arrive...but I feel better now talking about it thanks for listening! There are more smooth auctions than bad ones and I can always come here...
