Shumacher 99 03-02-2005, 12:52 PM What a battery!!! I just picked one up 2 weeks ago and they are awsome. they never drop off and were very strong .To bad they are not Roar legal for big races. But I'll put them in a club race. Can't wait to see what the big guy's can in national races with them.
Carpet Assasin 03-02-2005, 02:09 PM Cycle it! Im curious to see what tthe numbers say?

I did alot .. I don't run a out of the box Batt. It has to be cycled a few times first. I don't remember all the #'s but I know it discharged in the mid 480's 20 amp on the turbo 30. It was the M. amps that were way up the surprised me. The volts were the same as a 3330 hundred but they stay in the curve alot longer. In a 4 min. race I had a 7 min battery. with lots-a volts left.
Al Spina Fan 03-02-2005, 02:55 PM The numbers sound weak. My 3300's cycle @ 420 - 430 @ 30 amps. Guess I'll have to try one @ 20 amps and see how close to 480 I get...........

Yeah cycle at 20 and let us know If your pulling more than that you got some serious Batts.
PUF19 03-02-2005, 03:41 PM why would you cycle them at 20 amps, at least use 30 (standard)
hankster 03-02-2005, 04:15 PM 3700s discharged at 20 amps should be close to 600 seconds.
The Jet 03-02-2005, 06:55 PM Yeah cycle at 20 and let us know If your pulling more than that you got some serious Batts.
This would be the same pack cycled at different discharge rates.
360 seconds @ 35...1.165 volts...Not uncomon.
420 seconds @ 30...1.180 volts...Not uncomon.
630 seconds @ 20...1.210 volts...Not uncomon.
Roughly...
Shumacher 99 03-02-2005, 07:23 PM It was the discharge voltage at 480's...sorry
Carpet Assasin 03-02-2005, 08:55 PM I have packs that go: 30 amp - 440, 1.186, 2.2 HEFTY CELLS!!!
