Now sometimes it's not all fun and slot car Racing. http://photos.hobbytalk.com/data/519/3118MVC-002S.JPG http://photos.hobbytalk.com/data/519/3118MVC-006S.JPG http://photos.hobbytalk.com/data/519/3118MVC-007S.JPG

We are setting up for a IROC type race though. We will be taking two JLTO and two JLXT's and the 2004 Fest track. In order to make it fair since we unequal length lanes it will be a timed event averageing both lanes for one driver. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Whoa!
I read your other post, and this is the part of your work I wouldn’t like.
Man , what’s up with the Vette? Can you elaborate, (along with keeping us posted on the IROC race)? If I were to guess, I’d say a front-end rebuild after a theft job, or a good whack, or the evaporator or the heater-core/A/C system. What-ever it is –it looks bad.
I remember years ago at a dealership I worked at, an elderly couple came in with a excellent condition 70’s Mercedes 600 with a complaint of a bad odor inside. They rarely drove it and kept it in a garage all of the time. Well, after the mechanic tore the whole front off the car (like the Vette), he found a nest that a field mouse had built under the stiffening brace behind the back of fire-wall. That was a terrible job to do.
Actually when I think of you and your new employ, I don’t think of you being there--you getting to and from, is more like it!
I just love that deliciously rich piece of American hotrod you acquired!
Trick V8 power with sports-car handling, all wrapped up in Top shelf luxury!
The meat and potatoes, with desert!
You’re a wise man to make such a decision for your daily transpo’.
So what’s it like to take the King-Kong Caddy and kick some “M” and “Z” car butt?

My hat’s off to you!
Cheers, mate!
