View Full Version : Fantastic Net only Trailer! Hitchhikers Guide fernieo 02-28-2005, 11:59 AM Right Here: http://home.gotland.com/wisby/internettrailer.avi Arronax 02-28-2005, 07:15 PM I had a little trouble getting the above link to play and as it says in the guide, "If you have trouble getting a preview link to play, use Google to search for an alternate link." Try this. http://www.ugo.com/channels/filmtv/features/hitchhikersguide/exclusive.asp# Jim PhilipMarlowe 02-28-2005, 07:26 PM Now that trailer looked faithful to the book. chiangkaishecky 02-28-2005, 08:37 PM I honestly can't say I've seen a lot of trailers that begin "In a world ... " dreamer 02-28-2005, 09:59 PM :D The trailers wouldn't play for me, except the Quicktime - and for that one, my computer wouldn't play the sound! Oh, well, it still looks good. tripdeer 03-01-2005, 12:40 AM BWA HA HA HA HA HAHH!!!! Man, now THAT made me want to see it! EXACTLY the same "tone" with which the book was written! Dan razorwyre1 03-01-2005, 02:07 AM at least we know whoever made the trailer "gets it". lets hope the film does likewise. PhilipMarlowe 03-01-2005, 09:01 AM at least we know whoever made the trailer "gets it". lets hope the film does likewise. Unlike the earlier trailer that was posted in another thread, not only was the tone more "hitch-hikey", but there was also other recognizable things from the book besides the Vogon construction fleet, like the smart dolphins and the unfortunate whale. At first glance, it looks like the original trailer was cut to appeal to the "summer blockbuster" crowd, while the second was for towel-packing fans of the book. heiki 03-01-2005, 01:02 PM Do you think they will be showing the unfortunate whale carcus when they are on Magatheira? vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
