And his neck looks just fine! But I am also missing the nameplate. I hate it when that happens!

Are you going to bid on that one of a kind( imaginary ) Joker this guy says he is going to be selling.The Penguin he was selling had the same 6 hr. shpeel. The entire kit was painted except the face was painted gloss black & the monacle was white. It looked like the love child of Mr.Peanut & Al Jolson!
