whats up guys im new to the forums and gas vehicles been doin elecs since im like 8yrs old. im 17 now. but any way i got a nitro truck from some bs company. figured itd be good learing well i used it like 5 times and all of a sudden it wont move the engine revs but it doesnt move. i figured its gotta be the tranny or something. cracked it open and took the whole thing apart. and noticed that where the gear comes out theres a little shaft (assume its the 'driveshaft') well theres a huge circle and 2 metal things comin out and a hex nut. the nut spins with the piston but not the big circle thing with the things comin outa it. please help me i need help. im me on aim fcfighter99 email me vinny@punkqed.com

try to see if the slipper clutch came loose... maybe teh engine moved away from the spur..... and check the drive train like if it uses the hex adaptor for the wheels and the pin came out that could be y

there might be a oneway bearing inside the transmition.I had one in my thunderquake its did the samething.or do you have plastic cluch shoes and did they melt?

Dude, is this coming out of your engine? If it is...


This sounds like the fly wheel. The two "metal things" are prrobably what hold the clutch shoes on. And ofcourse, the hex nut is what holds the fly wheel on.

Tighten down the hex nut.
