you could adjust the governor so it will rev higher and will run faster giving you a faster ride but its not much to do without a little money. another way would require a new chain and clutch etc. but that would be more money

What could I do for a little more money

a racing clutch with a big sproket, a littler sprocket to the wheels, if sprocket driven and a smaller tougher chain. or a racing engine. depends on it but you could decide to just drop the scooter because you can't really get alot of go out of a scooter without a small bit of money, you could try a bigger engine, but i need to look at your pics though first to see how much you have.

yeah you can try a smaller sprocket in back and if you could a bigger engine and a gov adjustment. but with a smaller sprocket you'll need either to shorten the exhisting chain which can be dangerous when not done right or buy the right size one. also if you could make it work, a bigger tire in back.
