If you just want the dolphin, and aren't interested in Sandy, the "Ensign Darwin" kit released by Monogram a few years back is the "Flipper" model with the addition of a couple of sprues with Darwin's scuba apparatus.

It's been out of production a pretty good while too, but you can sometimes find them on e-Bay for very reasonable prices.

I think Flipper was modified and turned into the Seaquest "Ensign Darwin". I don't know what happened to Sandy.
