Ya i know about hobby haven but i was thinking something more closer to the knoxville albia area if u know of any there

I know this is not by Knoxville but in the summer we race most anything on our track in Iowa City. We race oval, road course and off road, all under a roof. No rainouts in three years. Here is a list of the classes we race, maybe some will interest you and your freinds and you all will come over and check it out.

We race at the Johnson County Fairgrounds. We are in what they call an open air barn, the floor is smooth concrete, we can enjoy the weather but not get burned by the sun and best of all we have not had a rainout for years. We are also talking to the mall and see if we can add a couple of parking lot races.

Sept. 18. We have what is called our grand finale where we race figure 8 races, and enduro and elimination races. We also have food and prizes and give out our trophies. Its a great club and we usually have a good time racing.

Track opens at 7:00
racing starts at 10:00

we race two heats and a main.

good luck on the track in southern iowa i live in centerville and having same problems except i just want a track to play on. ottumwa has a small outdoor track at wildwood park would be real good for electric trucks have ran my nitro there too loook it up not to bad and speaking of rc cars what would people think of a rc shop in centerville that sells xtm and hpi and losi products what does the hobby shop in chartion sell ottumwa mostly traxxas and no hpi or xtm products just wondering
