Jim Smith 02-08-2005, 08:59 PM Shadow does awesome work, look at the pics again. The headlights are NOT decals they are paint. And the paint really stays on the bodies, I have stress tested many of his bodies :)
The new body looks great, tons of front downforce I bet. Good work Todd. Looks like the Shadow and Putnam will have a winner at the 'birds. But what is this, Frankie running number 20, geezz I guess he heard I started to run the 40 car, and we all know only one fast guy can run that number at a time :)
SHADOW 02-08-2005, 10:22 PM Thanks for the support Jim and Eric. A yes Jim has tested the paint because a few times he's tried to put one thru a wall.:jest: Really Jim Frank found out you were running the 40 and didn't want anybody to confuse you 2. ovalrc 02-09-2005, 06:15 PM I've seen Jim run, and I too would not want anyone to confuse him for me. When he starts running a 2 on his car let me know.
Shadow does the best around as far as paint work goes, he has multiple concours wins at many tracks, including this years Winter Blast. I've been running his paint jobs for the past 10 years and they are always a step above the rest. Thanks, Bill B
THE BAT 02-10-2005, 07:18 PM Shadow you have a P.M. :dude:

Krisfo 02-12-2005, 12:24 AM For all those interested in the 2005 Dodge Charger Bodies in 1/10th scale...check out McAllister racing....he has the 1/10th scale version for like 12.99+ shipping. I have been testing with it for last couple of weeks...and it looks very promising......it fits my KSG and my other cars very nicely.....
Just a suggestion...hope Todd and the gang don't mind....

Todd Putnam 02-21-2005, 11:51 AM Thanks for all the kind words regarding our new '05 DC 12. The body is drastically different in both handling and design than anything that's currently available.
The focus was to produce a high downforce 1/12 body that actually fit the length and width of today's cars. Mission accomplished! The new body not only provides more stability than we've seen thus far, but also increases steering drastically.
I got a bunch of feedback from many who tried them at the Birds. The general consensus was the same: Car was more planted but turned alot more at the same time.
These are a limited production run item, so get them while they're available...
