saw an original Topper Wasp today...gold and just about mint... in an antique shop... they wanted $14 for it... good deal?
did a qiuck check on e-pay and only one showed up as a single, and it was a little beat up.... I know the Tomarts JL guide shows it as one of the more desireables, with a loose mint one listed at 100 bucks, but I also know you can't go by that guide... it's obviously not one of the "Detroits", but what cha think?

ok...heres the deal... the guide is just that, a guide. me? i would pay 14 for it cuz i like them and i collect them. another thing, ebay is vicious. some people pay outrageous for things just cuz they feel like they won something. so if you think near mint is worth 14 bux, do it. if not, tell me where it is and i will!! just my 2 cents!

I would go for it, but if it is an antique place, start by offerring 10 and work up. I would say it is a good deal but I like collecting them.

I think it's worth $14.00 in "Near Mint" condition.

If you like the car and want to add another Topper to your collection, I say go for it.

Better yet...... tell me what antique shop and I'll go get it!!!:D
