just to let everyone know that we have decided a a layout and we believe that everyone will very happy with it.

This pas Sat. we started on the track. The track will have a cross over 2 "big air" jumps 2 rythm sections on off camber corner an elevation change a 100ft strait and a 65ft strait and only one 180 turn the trac will be a faster track than last year and it flows really well nex Sat. we will be finnishing up the track with building jumps and painting and prepairing the surface. after that we wil be asking people do not practice on it at least 2 weeks so the surface can cure and then we will be asking people to come out to put some rubber down on what will be a groved track

When will you be starting the racing season?

Jim our season will start right after the carpet season our first date as of right now is May 14th. If carpet season ends sooner then we will try to squeeze in a race before that but our shcedule will be the 2nd and 4th Sat of everymonth from May till Sept.

well we got the new jumps put in and now all we have to do is prep the surface everyone will be able to practice on it real soon on Sundays and remember our first race is April 23rd

hay man yeah I running an off-road track this summer doing a little oval ledgends mostly just something for fun I have to show all these NC boys how to race off-road raceway hobbies style haha when you going to come up here and race if you can make it this summer I got a 4wd for you

we want to thank everyone that came out yesterdat to start running in the track it is starting to come in verry good and we have another scheduled practice day on April 3rd we will be testing our scoring system and will want to put some runs on the clock the track will open around 1 PM till 6 PM so come on out and help us run in the track

we put on run down with an old scoring system in stock truck and the fastest run was 12 laps in 5:14 to give every one an idea.

We Are Happy To Announce That Big Perm Raceway Aka Sandhill Off-road Will Be Having A Summer Points Series.

The Points Series Will Consist Of 8 Races With 2 Drops Sothe Best 6 Of 8 Races Count. The Points Series Will End In An Awards Banquet. The Prizes Will Be Cash Give Away To The Top 5 In Each Class. The Money Will Be Provided By The Entries From The Series From That Class. $3 From Each Entry Will Be Put Into The Pot.

The Points Will Be Given Out In The Following Mannor

1st 100 Points
2nd 99 Points
3rd 98 Points
And So On With 1 Point Given To Top Qualifer In Each Class.

The Dates For The Points Chase Are
April 23rd Double Points Night
May 14th,28th
June 11th,25th
July 9th
Augest 27th
September 9th Double Points Night

5 days left till the perm gets put to the test

If the weather does not cooperate on Sat the 23rd then we will have our make up day on Sun the 24th with track opening at 11am and racing starting at 2pm at a discout rate of $10 with 2 qualifiers and a main we will have a raffle on Sat no matter what the weather is like and a 50/50 on Sat and Sun if needed.

The reults are up on the web site I want to thank everyone that came out on the 23rd. We gave away some money from the 50/50 (so what I won it)and some cool stuff from the raffle there will be more great stuff on the 14th.

I never raced the old layout, but the current layout is great. Definelty a drivers' track. Had a blast Sat!
