How long has it been since PM/JL/RC2/Joy Ride////whatever has released a set ,an entire set (x2), that I would/will actually try to collect?...I think Geralde61 still had all his hair...:D , And the artist formerly known as Prince was writing the song 1999..yada yada yada...

If..I say if this really happens at least an ounce of my faith in Johnny Lightning could be restored.

I'll take the two '05 Fords from R28, and that's about it. Have to see the Olds before I decide on it. Nothing else I need from these releases.

Well, RC2 already has a Pacer casting that's fairly decent and they never bothered to do the Mirthmobile. My only complaint with that one is that the hood opens the wrong way.

I think a Johnny Lightning casting would blow the old Racing Champions one out of the water. :thumbsup: Especially if they made it so the casting could represent both the early years ('75-'77) and later 'raised hood' ('78-'80).

I'd like to see the Gremlin, Vega, Corvair, and the Hornet castings!! Very interesting mix of cars, indeed!

Will look foward to the 05 fords, especially the GT! Unfortunately, JL are becoming very hard to find at the retail level, what is going on. No JL at target, same old stuf at TRUS, nothing at Wal-mart. I have also noticed that the big blue sections of that other diecast company have been downsized, and MM cars are harder to find also. Is the sky falling?
