Bought a TC3 from this guy. Sent money 2 or 3 day priority mail with confirmation. Recieved it and will not return my emails. He did send one email about a week ago and said he did not recieve it. I emailed him back and told him, he did get it by the confirmation number at the Post Office. Now will not return emails. Filed Postal Fraud and listing him with the FBI. Can't find the post now, so just want to like everyone know.

I don't know why these Lincoln guy's continue to do this!It really gives the other Nebraska guy's a black eye!These guys are teenagers!I talked to them this summer and told them what they do is B.S.

I'm sure he's already on the FBI....

ok i got the envelope in the mail. all that was in it was a slip of paper telling me where to send my tc3 i tried to tell you that in the email. i have recieved no money from you for the car. just an envelope with a piece of paper in it. i am not trying to scam anyone here . i know my credibility on here is bad because of a deal i did about a year ago. i have done many good deals on rctech. just look on there i did deals with lastresort, sam_kent, and wolfden.

Do you have the copy of the Money order you sent out
Go to where you got it and have them do a search to see who cashed it
That way who did cash it will go to jail for fraud and numerous other charges that the PO will get them on

I sent 3 20.00 bills in a sealed Priority mail envelope and another sealed inside it with the money in the middle of 2 sheets of paper. Then I got confirmation on it so I could track it. Been doing it this way ever sense I have been a member of Hobby Talk. I'm sure some reading has sold me something. This is the first time I have had a problem with this way. Most true RC people are honest and have no problem with this. Matt if it was unsealed tell me and I will call your post office again because they have to report it. Don't matter what was in it. I can even talk to your postman they say. I guess you live and learn. I have been honest with everyone on here for 3 1/2 years and will always. Some people are not. But the true RC guy is. Please tell your Dad he did not have to yell ,scream and start cussing me on the phone. I never rised my voice one time. Tried talking to him, but had no part of hearing his baby would do something like that. I see he must be like you. Evidently you have had problems before. Does he know his baby is not perfect? I have 3 different emails on what happen to the envelope. Everybody knows I would not start this crap for a 60.00 TC3 if it was not true. It is not worth losing the trust of the people on this site for it.

i am sorry for what my dad said he has been in a bad mood the last couple of days. i got the mail as soon as it got here i cant remember if it was sealed or not. i just kind of disregarded it and threw it away because there was just a piece of paper saying this is the money for the tc3 or somethin like that in an envelope inside a priority mail envelope.

Rule number one.. never ever ever ever send cash.. there is no record of cash.... always make a paper trail when buying something fropm someone you have not dealt with before.. having a paper trail helps allow any investigators to trail the crooks after a bad deal....

that is why i send a money order, and not just any money order, a united states postal money order. i was told by my postal carrier that if any problems arise from a payment using a postal money order it gets classified as a felony, becaus the uspmo is written on a federal goverment document.

the thing that gets me is that when i was making the deal with him he was complaining that since i didnt have paypal and that he was going to have to pay for a mo and to ship it priority with delivery conformation. he asked if i would take some of the price off so i did. $10 off the price actually just because of the hassle. instead he sends cash whicch the post office even advises against.

You had to remember if it was sealed or not. Their was 2 envelopes you had to open to get the money out.Wouldn't you think if you bought something from me and you sent me a priority mail envelope sealed and there was nothing in it I would email you immediately wanting to know what the problem is. Not evoiding you. Not waiting for you to contact me. No you waited a week after you got it and I started rising heck with you and you would not even email me back. You finally did and the first email you said you did not recieve it. Next you said you got a plain envelope with nothing in it. next email was "o yell their was a peice of paper in it". When I told you it was in a priority mail envelope and had confirmation on it and I could track it, you would not talk to me anymore. Your a lier,cheater, and stealer. You have horned myself out of 60.00 buck and you know it. Someday you will pay for that on this earth or elsewhere. Think about it, do the right thing. PS. If I was in the right I would not apologize for what my Dad said to anyone, if I thought they were trying to rip off my son. Thanks guys for the advice. I know I guess since turning 40 with 2 kids has made me easy. Not no more. I have been in this Hobby for 20yrs and think most people in this hobby is honest. I guess you run in to a few 13yr olds that are not. Matt I am mailing your emails you sent to me and problems you have had in the passed with others to your Dad to read. See if he still thinks your a perfect honest teenager.
