It should have a 4-way, 3 position valve in it if it is a double action cylinder. Most of them are not adjustable, but taking apart the valve and checking it shouldn't be a big problem (just relieve pressure on the system). It may just have a piece of metal or something inside the valve from where it was machined. I've seen it happen several times on new hydraulic components. scrench 01-26-2005, 03:06 AM yea verry simple has adjustment but i just cant get in the sweet spot thought there might be a trick someone might have come up with i had it apart its clean , if i run the engine @ like 2200 it will work right but @ arround 26 it pops out , the customer was in a hurry for it as usual i guess he will have to wait on a new one vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
