hey whats up i just bought a amber speed jems double moter 17 turn and i was wondering if it already has capacitors in it and how i would tell if it did any info would help thanks guys

The card the motor was mounted on when you bought it should tell you, but the short answer is YES... The Amber is a Speed Gems 2 PRO motor, and has 3 small "surface mount" size capacitors in the endbell... Those should be adequate for you to just solder it in and go...

Of course, you must also pay attention to your Electronic speed control's documentation, as some also require you to install an external diode (forward ONLY ESC's -- NOT used on reversing ESC's)....
