ESPN should go away. They don't show sports anymore. They won't show any RC Racing. Even if you don't agree that it's a sport (racing). they put the crappyist stuff on there. I though poker was bad enough,

Back in the day early 80's they used to show some offroad R/C coverage but that is all i ever saw

Instead of Scrabble I prefer the U.S. Spelling Bee Championships on ESPN 2

So if Hockey is to blame for the programming then maybe ESPN would have time now to show a R/C race. IF someone pushed the right buttons and made the right phone calls

I would have to agree that the NHL is in part to blame right now but they do run some stupid stuff. Is playing cards anymore of a sport than racing rc cars? I dont think so. And all they do is repeat the same stuff all day long. Hey I have an excellent USHL Hockey team in my area as does a bunch of other cities. why dont they go out and film those games instead of playing the same new cast or poker game 500 times a day. I used to watch a lot of ESPN at the shop but satilite radio is the channel of choice these days.

'bout the only good thing espn has done lately is to become the sponser of the jayski nextel cup news page.

i like the national table tennis championships... they bring out the players with super models, in bikini's... i almost wish i was a geek LOL NOT... Poker rules btw...

But I agree....RC on TV would be cool. Monster Nation on the Discovery Channel had about a 6-8 minute piece on RC a while ago....even saw some OVAL racing!!
I think Some SnowBird Mod racing would be pretty cool to see on ESPN!!

a guy that i work with saya there is a show, called inside rc on the OLN outdoor life network... on monday nights.. i havent seen it yet.. but he said it was cool...
