hey guys im new to this im 17 and from iowa i have been having alot of probs with my electric rustler so far i have rpm bumper proline tires and body a runner electric speed control amber speed gems motor and rpm rims first of all my speed control caught on fire last week at a race in desmoines then this week i got a new one it burnt up to and then my reciever went to hell and craped out on me to if u have any idea what the hell is causing my speed control to burn up so fast please email me at corbinmccombs@hotmail.com thanks

Well, the Runner esc is for 18+ turn motors & the Amber you have is a 17 turn. Not way too much motor but still over what the manufacturer recommends for that ESC. If you are out running hard with that Motor & ESC that may be the cause, you should switch to a 19 turn or upgrade the ESC to a F1 or something.
