I just got done sending a nasty letter to an on-line joint that promised FEDEX Next Day shipping. SO...Dec 30th I ordered a Sony 55" bigscreen Vega. I called Jan 2 when it hadn't arrived the 31st, and THEN they volunteered that they 'only' ship them by truck from Ky. The folks called me when tehy needed to clarify something about the credit card, but have been unable to give me WHO is shipping the TV, WHEN it will arrive, and WHAT TIME to expect it. The online system they have doesn't give me ANY INFO. Pretty Lousy Service for my $2600 bucks. CLUBMAC....Peee Youuuu!

Next day shipping to Vorlon? That's pretty good. Probably got hijacked by the Drazis so they could watch the NFL playoffs and Dersperate Housewives. Sounds like a job for Mr. Garibaldi. Better yet sic Bester on their a**. He'll find out what happened to it.

As much as I abhor their customer service, good ol' Best Buy got me the TV earlier than promised, and $100 less than I expected! That was 2 years ago, and we haven't had a problem since.
