Hey Guys, You Might Think This Question A Bit Lame But How Do I Go About Doing A Lexan Body ? I Got It Roughed Out But Am Finding It Hard To Do The Whell Wheels. I Hate To Fire Up The Dremel (gator) Cause Dont Want To Wreck It, Also Hand Sanding Dosent Seem To Work. Obviously This Is My 1st Experience With A Lexan Body And Would Appreciate Any Direction. Figured Id Ask The Pros. Thanx

I have found that working with tiny scissors w/ a good curved blade gives good results.
Don't forget to wash it well when you are done & use paint for lexan plastic. regular paint is not flexable enough and will flake out of the body. (learned the hard way)
a very sharp "xact knife is also good.
Good luck!
