Auction Is Over

Don't have enough time to build a model? Lack the required skills needed to achieve the look that you have been dreaming of? Have you been staring at that one model kit and want to make it different from what it looks like on the box? Do you need a diorama made for an existing model? Need parts scratch built for more accurate detail? Want lights and sound added? Then Gares Designs & Creations is the model kit building studio that you have been looking for.

With twelve years experience in model kit and prop building behind us and awards given to show excellence in what we do, Gares Designs & Creations can help you make your model kit dreams come true.

May it be Star Wars, Star Trek, any type of science fiction subject, horror, figure, gaming figure, cars, airplanes, boats, space, or military we can build it the way you want it.

It doesn't matter what the model kit is made of, injection molded plastic, vacuform plastic, resin, wood, or vinyl we can build what you give us.

Prices will very depending on what you would like and the complexity of the model kit itself. If you want a model built straight from the box, it can cost anywhere between $60.00 to $300.00 USD. If you want things added like after market parts, scratch built parts or even a diorama; the price can go up to a few thousand dollars. Any after market parts that are not part of the original model that you want added, you will have to pay for seperately.

You are probably asking yourself, "what is he selling?" In short, I am selling you, my model and prop building services, to you at a discount price. For the $1.00 auction price, you are buying a discount of my services that you are hiring me at.

This is how the pricing and discount breaks down:

Price Range Discount Savings

1.) $60.00 to $100.00 = 3%

2.) $101.00 to $200.00 = 5%

3.) $201.00 to $300.00 = 7%

4.) $301.00 to $500.00 = 10%

5.) $501.00 to $1,000.00 = 12%

6.) $1,001.00 to $2,000.00 = 15%

7.) $2,001.00 and up = 17%

So as you can see, depending on what you want done, and what you want to spend, you can save on the total build up price. Jason,
Pretty cool! I wish you every success, but you just might be "preaching to the choir" by advertising on this particular MB. However, "nothing ventured, nothing gained", as they say.
Best of luck!

Thank you both for your kind words. I know what you are talking about, but I said hey, why not. The board is here, why not give it a try. More people should do it. It doesn't hurt.
