What's the best paint for getting a true chrome look on plastic?

I've heard that Alcad works very well, but I havn't tried it myself as I have no airbrush yet

im a lousy painter. really i cant paint worth crap.
i can come up with ideas,design stuff,put 2 cars together, but can't paint.

heres my repaint of the car i droped tonite i did ghost flames then reanodized it. it came out pretty good.
