Shumacher 99 01-05-2005, 10:57 AM Let the carnage begin davepull 01-05-2005, 10:59 AM alright fockers pick one or the other? travymoto1 01-05-2005, 11:00 AM Chris, are running a restricter plate on Sat? see I still can't spell travymoto1 01-05-2005, 11:01 AM Meet the Fockers!!! Shumacher 99 01-05-2005, 11:01 AM Well I want to keep everyone only one lap down so I might run stock in 19 turn...lol davepull 01-05-2005, 11:10 AM I may stop by. Thanks for opening Version 3.0. Let's see if we all could keep this new thread a little more constructive, rather than destructive! More info-no bitchin'. IMO,if you have any issues w/any particular person(s),please call,PM or email that person. Nobody wants to hear/read any dirty laundry. I'm still getting hits from out-of-state/city to our website,so I know that there's some sort of interest. 2005 could be a really good year for us! -George Official track website- www.racewayathobbyworld.tk (http://www.racewayathobbyworld.tk) Now you know that aint going to happen. lol I agree if you got a problem with someone there are other ways to solve this shouldn't be one. on the flip side what exactly is bitching? to you and me it might be chris and travis wanting to charge the grid. but it isn't those guys have some very good points. what i am saying is you and me might like the grid, but others don't and want to talk about changing it. that isn't bitching. that is another racer who see's a problem. It just seems anytime someone see something is wrong and points it out here they are bitching or starting trouble. I think that if we as a group allow everybody there right to free speech and try to keep a positive attitude about it things will be fine. lets face it the current race program isn't the best that we have been too. so there is things that are going to have to change to fix it. wait I am bitching. lol see now someother racers might think the program rules and are reading this saying what is Dave talking about. see what I am saying. so lets all stay on the offensive side of the ball. irvan36mm 01-05-2005, 01:24 PM Now you know that aint going to happen. lol I agree if you got a problem with someone there are other ways to solve this shouldn't be one. on the flip side what exactly is bitching? to you and me it might be chris and travis wanting to charge the grid. but it isn't those guys have some very good points. what i am saying is you and me might like the grid, but others don't and want to talk about changing it. that isn't bitching. that is another racer who see's a problem. By "bitching",I meant, for example: RACER A- Did ya see Racer B wreck me last Saturday? What a clod! RACER B- What are you talking about? It was you that ran into me! You need to work on your driving skills so you don't become the wreck next time,A@#$%&e!! That's what I meant by "bitching". Anything that had to do with, say, the race program ,for example, wouldn't be "bitching",IMO. Also,I think what one writes as a "problem",another thinks they're "bitching". That was the deal on the end of the earlier version of the HW thread, and it got blown out of proportion because nobody was sure if it was a "bitch" post or a "problem" post. -George irvan36mm 01-05-2005, 01:28 PM Yea, Chris and I were tlaking about that last night George. I think I had about 3 laps on the car before the Q's and then ran 28 laps I think with it pushing majorly! Pulled it in the 2nd Q cause I was in the way I think and then dont remember the main lol. That was a fun night since it was Brad's first time in oval too. We both were up there giggling like kids lol. Not saying anything at all but I felt like it wasnt too bad for a first time, now if I can just figure out how to set them up it might be kinda fun lol. That's what this whole R/C thing is all about! Sometimes we all forget about that! rcgen 01-05-2005, 01:48 PM Wow have you guys ever checked how many views we get on the "HW" forums & the number of post? We all sure like to post alot and there are many looking in on us. I would like to thank the head hancho, Hank for letting us to that. Shumacher 99 01-05-2005, 02:08 PM I think tring to make a part of the race program better and stating your opinion on those facts is forsure not bitching. If you do not agree with the change and you post that that's fine too. We like to do things at HW on a voting status. So I think when a problem arises and we want to try and correct it then we vote on how to fix it. again Not bitching just tring to make the races run smoother and safer. Safer for the people and safer on the crap I broke my car and now I have to spend gobs to fix it I.E. Wallet. Calling other drivers Hacks and what a cluster f of a race is bitching. Give room to the other drivers, If they are way faster get the hell out of the way, and if you wreck someone say I'm sorry. saying sorry doesn't cost any $$$ and it's not hard to do. I have said it even when i felt that it was not my fault and the other driver say why are you saying that i did it. but we laughed and went back to haven FUN... It's a new year lets handle our issues better I think is what we are all tring to say in our own way.. xpss 01-05-2005, 03:25 PM oh stop it.what you need to start figuring out is who is going to run 2nd in 19t.cus im going to take my 102 pts and the point series title.hehehehe irvan36mm 01-05-2005, 04:01 PM oh stop it.what you need to start figuring out is who is going to run 2nd in 19t.cus im going to take my 102 pts and the point series title.heheheheI'll vote Pilgrim for taking 3rd place for the umpteenth time in 19t! lol Here's my picks: 1. Bear (TQ & win) 2. Dave P (dark horse, coming into 1/8/05 race 3rd in points) 3. Pilgrim (Goody's Headache Award) 4. Butts (wild card-either 3rd or 2nd. Depends on where P & Pilgrim actually finishes! lol) rcgen 01-05-2005, 08:48 PM Where I am on the list? Opps I haven't been racing and I'll be missing this week's too. For the life of me I can't figure out why when the ride height goes up the car pushes. Like around 6 to 6 1/2 the car pushes like a snowplow lower the car to 5 5 1/2 and it's 4 to 5 tenths faster????? ( I know roll center but it shouldn't make that big of differance) Also Mccalister bodies are not the way to go..... yikes no front bite at all. I'm sure you could get the car to work with them but....why ??? Just buy a HD or MD Protoform and save your self a day of "why is this stupid car doing that" All in all I like L4's atleast I have that going for me....hehehehheheheheheheh 33 xpss 01-06-2005, 08:37 AM it was your car because the run after you left i ran 2 6.4's and a 36 4.03 so it wasnt the track. xpss 01-06-2005, 08:38 AM sounds to me like that 33 was a fluke....................heheheehehehe sissy Shumacher 99 01-06-2005, 08:39 AM sounds to me like that 33 was a fluke....................heheheehehehe sissy Maybe but it's still faster then your big butts ever ran .................................................. .................................................. ....................................sissy xpss 01-06-2005, 08:46 AM i backed my 33 up witn another 33 in the same day????????????????? irvan36mm 01-06-2005, 08:46 AM Well practice sucked!!
