I wish you would have told me this about a month ago :p I had an older 5hp horizontal shaft motor from a reel motor that I ended up selling for $30. The only thing wrong with it is that it needed a carb rebuild.

i have a brigs 5 horse horizontal shaft, but the gas tank leaks and it needs a good carb reguild, and the blower housing is only being held on by one bolt, if you want it you can have it for free(mom's mad about all the engines in the basement

little late now, its been over a year, and i have 2 LBs, and briggs coming out my.......
im just looking into little "projects" here and there, i have a steel frame, a few pulleys, a seat, and an engine piled behind a shed right now, waiting for me to do something
