Large Novice class at every race, Last race had 3 heats of Novice. Washtenaw offers competition for everybody, no matter what your skill level or what you race (as long as it's electric!). Classes are Novice, Mod & Stock buggy, Mod & Stock Truck, 4wd Open, Mini (Mini-T, RC18T, TLT-1, Etc.), and E-Maxx (2 Heats!).

We have averaged 135 entries this season,
There are tables if you get there early enough. Bring your own table just in case.
Plenty of electric power for every one.
There is Hot food available on site, but with 19 heats of racing, there is time between rounds to go out and eat is you want or need to.
Riders Hobby in Ann Arbor sets up a small hobby shop with an excellent selection of parts.
Hope to see you there!!
Dan

You can run brushless in Mod Truck.

Truck tires are going to be M3 & R3 Holeshots, M3 Fuzzie T's, Red IFMAR pins, Red King Pins. But sometimes Step pins work good & some people are having good results with others as well.

We are happy to announce the results of the Race for Relief day

Even with the worst snow storm of the year the computer showed around 180 entries. I am not sure if that includes the preregistered racers. Some of those, did not make it to the race due to weather. By the entry form count I counted 165 entries.

With the entry fees, the donation from Riders of $538 dollars, a cash donation from Bechlers in addition to the prizes that He gave away, Donations from Fat Juice Batteries and Gary from their sales on race day, plus all the people who told me to keep the change when they registered and some who came up and just handed me cash saying add it to the donations. In addition to the waiving of the rental of the building by the Washtenaw Board of Directors.

We will be donating
$1954.00
to the American Red Cross Internation Emergency Relief Fund for the Indonesia Disaster Relief.

Again, thank you all for your attendance, for your help with running the program and encouragement. It is all of you that made this a sucessful event.

Sincerely,
Dan
