Indy RC Oval Layout updated and put back the way it used to be.

We had 2 heats of Stock Slash Late Models and a single heat of Stock Slash Trucks tonight. In addition, we had 3 Stock Cup cars out there running around during practice and between rounds tonight. We're shooting for Thursday, August 30th to get them back in to the normal program. Rules have been updated and will be posted soon! A sign up sheet will be in the shop but if interested let us know in here as well.

Nah..., Yelle led wire to wire. I crashed him out of the way to "win". I'm just happy I was able to run 10' behind him the entire race without cracking under pressure.

Next week I'll get him clean.

The Slashes w/ the 1/8 latemodel bodies is the biggest class. The don't seem to have an issue with the track size.

Hey guys, sorry to barge in but I figured I would post this here too just in case. I pretty much have given up on the cause but I throw it out here anyway. I left my eyeglasses up there 2 Sundays ago (during the Wounded warriors race) and just thought I'd ask the oval guys if they had possibly seen them or picked them up. It would have been a black case with the glasses in them, black plastic frame. I have asked the guys that work at Indy R/C and they haveent seen them and no one has turned them in so thats why Im saking on here. Pm me or call 812-593-4326. Thanks!

Stock Cup bodies

A question was asked pertaining to bodies and wether the rear end can be cut out and the answer is no. The body must be cut to the stock cut lines and have the bumper. If you have a body that is cut out in the rear a painted piece of lexan may be adhered with tape or shoe goo and ran. If the piece falls off during a heat or main car must be pulled from the track.

That was the best Latemodel race ever. I can't believe how much fun it was finishing fourth.

1-4 nose to tail six minutes in...

Rick broke or it could have 1-5.

It was awesome running oval for the first time in twenty years. The slash truck that I ran is my wife's so I was getting it set up for her. The cup pan car class was super fun, so I want to thank Chuck for letting me run his. I will be back next week to run it again as long as Chuck let's me and until I can get me own.
