Cool Planting F&F Seeds

Thought it would be fun to see how a crop Roadrunners would do this year ...

This one was removed from the package to also be a helper with the GPS location.

Site selected

About 12 inches deep

Deposited face up

A worm to keep the diecast company lol

About 2 inches of dirt was added and then the helper at a depth of about 10 inches

As I began to backfill, the pouring rains came again so I had to quicky finish up and shelter my camera.

So will have to select another site for growing and hopefully this weekend plant the other two and possibly more.

I havent decided on a harvest date yet and Im open to any other creative ideas.

Cheers
Eric

Variety of genetics ...

Going to try various locations and styles of planting F&F seeds and see what Mother Nature has planned.

Great thread.
Seeing how you live in New York state, if you cant wait, I would give it until they are predicting the first snow fall of the year. Or if you can hold out, then give it till this time next year to see how well they have endured. Either way it ought to be kuul!

Maybe, if you plant that F&F 70 Roadrunner, it might grow into the correct cast! (They should have used the Roadrunner from the Modern Classics release, looks just like the one from the movie)

Nope, not until they give us an Eclipse. Only after they've done a Mitsubishi Eclipse can it be said they've made enough. They've made a surplus of the same few cars but somehow the most important performance car of the 90s has yet to appear in the HW lineup - not even in this series despite it being one of the more iconic cars from the F&F series.
