I think Hyperdrive Pro4 1cell car is the best! But after saying that I will follow up by saying I don't think there is an oval company with great support with setup and track support at all! Very difficult to get setup stuff like you get with any and all offroad stuff.

Hmmmmmm don't exactly agree with this one... After all Josh, TMFZ, Deel, Heft, and myself have given out our personal e-mails and/or cell phone numbers for nearly 24-7 tech support for CEFX cars; I don't know too many people who are unhappy with CEFX's tech support.

Today there is much more help to racers than in the past. The need to sell cars has manufacture's sponcered drivers helping racers more than ever.

In the past with motor builder wars, often the teams did not want to help. This was due to the need to make the builder's motors win. Offten times the motor builder had car and battery deals for their drivers.

Today with the internet and others ways of communications there is a lot of help.

When I started we had just gotten away from the two cans connected by string for communications. Tire compounds were different wood types.

I can say that I have gotten a lot of help on these boards from manufactures and other racers. The only problem with getting info on setup from the internet is that you are getting info from all over the country from people that run many different tracks each of them having their own quirks.
Look for people at your local track for setup info, even if they aren't running the chassis as you it will get you close. I have personally tried other peoples setups from different tracks that were of similiar size only to have my car hit the wall more than before I even did the initial set up after I built the car.

Just my $0.02,

James

"I'm gonna give you a brushless motor that sits low to the pod... extra thick front spoiler to cut the wind from underneath you. It'll give you twenty or twenty five more degrees of timing. I'm gonna give you short electrical connections that'll reduce On-Resistance. I'm gonna shave 20 thousandths an inch off you and shape you like a bullet. I'll get you primed, painted and weighed, and you'll be ready to go out on that racetrack. Hear me? You're gonna be perfect." Harry Hogge (if he was into carpet oval instead of NASCAR)
