VW pickup in the "little Red Wagon" style?

HAs anyone tried to turn a VW single cab pickup into a Little Red Wagon sort of drag truck?
Just wondering.
(My modeling skills suck...)

Is that a Giovanni display case? Great that you can show cars diagonally rather than just a side view.
